Are you ready to leverage your expertise to drive successful software implementations in the insurance sector? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! In this senior position, you will merge technical knowledge with consultancy, directly collaborating with our clients. At Keylane, we operate under two business lines: Insurance and Pensions. This role is specifically focused on our Property & Casualty (P&C) business line, active across the Benelux, DACH (Germany), and Norway. You will apply for one of these regions.
Your Role
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of our Axon software in partnership with our clients. You'll translate business and client challenges into specific system requirements and solutions within Axon, ensuring alignment with Keylane's best practices and quality standards.
You will analyze complex issues in both testing and production environments and compare them with system documentation. This enables you to provide proactive advice and support, not only to your own team and internal stakeholders but also to our clients, guiding them in product optimization and maximizing the use of Axon.
In your day-to-day activities, you will play a key role in educating clients, new team members, and colleagues from other departments on the use of Axon. You are not afraid to dive deep into the technical documentation to ensure that the Axon implementation fully meets client requirements and processes.
Additionally, you will work closely with functional and technical architects to design insurance products and processes that adhere to architecture, quality, and security guidelines. You will provide clear and comprehensible design specifications, enabling our software engineers to implement them efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, you will mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants within the team, sharing your expertise and experience.

You will be part of a cross-functional team comprising project managers, consultants, and software engineers. Our headquarters is located in Utrecht, and we also have an office in Düsseldorf for our German market.
