We are on the lookout for a Senior Board Implementation Consultant to enhance our rapidly expanding EPM practice. This role is both hands-on and focused on delivery, making it a perfect fit for individuals with robust FP&A experience, exceptional client-facing consulting capabilities, and a track record of implementing Board EPM solutions. As a three-time Board Americas Partner of the Year, you will be part of an award-winning implementation team collaborating with enterprise clients on transformative financial projects.

This is a remote position, and candidates can be based anywhere within the United States.

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Lead comprehensive Board EPM solution implementations, encompassing requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Convert FP&A processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidations, Reporting) into scalable Board models.
  • Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and process design interviews.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with PMO, solution architects, and technical team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create executive-level documentation, dashboards, and training materials.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery methodologies and internal accelerators.

What qualifications are required?

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing Board EPM solutions in a consulting environment (required)
  • Experience in FP&A
  • Strong understanding of corporate budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs
  • Proficient in Excel and data modeling
  • Solid knowledge of managerial accounting principles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
