Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving organizational success.
• Collaborate with business units on organizational structure, workforce strategy, succession planning, and skills evaluation.
• Analyze business data to identify patterns and propose actionable solutions to enhance performance, employee retention, and overall experience.
• Provide coaching to management to develop their leadership skills and effectively handle employee-related matters.
• Engage with line managers and staff to address a wide range of employee relations issues, ensuring all perspectives are considered.
• Work alongside the international HR team to support unit-specific initiatives.
• Evaluate the training requirements of the business unit and conduct tailored training sessions.
• Implement and interpret corporate policies and procedures.
• Lead employment practices effectively.
• Manage and enhance the leadership review process, focusing on performance management and talent development for both annual and mid-year evaluations.
• Collaborate with managers to foster an environment that retains, develops, and motivates employees to reach their full potential.
• Assess and implement innovative strategies for employee engagement within the client group.
• Provide ongoing HR support to leadership regarding policies and practices.
• Assist in compensation matters, including salary planning and job re-evaluations.
