About the Role

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Partner Integrations, you will play a pivotal role at the crossroads of marketing execution, business strategy, and technical integration. This position requires a strategic mindset focused on attracting new members to Hinge Health. You will serve as a vital liaison between external partners and the internal teams in Product, Engineering, and Commercial, ensuring seamless collaboration. Your expertise in building and managing partnerships will transform external requirements into scalable programs that benefit both Hinge Health and its partners. You will represent Hinge Health to current and potential partners, fostering trust through transparent communication and in-depth knowledge. Your ability to navigate complex challenges, prioritize effectively, and lead impactful initiatives will be critical to enhancing our partner integrations function, driving growth, and reinforcing our competitive edge.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Accelerate New Member Sign Ups: Launch and optimize partner integrations to expand Hinge Health's offerings to new members promptly and effectively.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Scale partner integrations by developing a compelling, data-driven narrative to align and mobilize resources across Data Science, Creative, Product, and Commercial teams.

  • Channel Performance Optimization: Actively monitor the performance and adoption of existing integrations, leading initiatives to optimize their effectiveness.

  • Build a Scalable Partner Ecosystem: Identify patterns for operational scalability and work with teams to implement product and process enhancements for managing a growing portfolio of third-party partners.

  • Influence Product Development: Provide data-informed insights to the Growth Product team that guide prioritization of partner integrations and platform features.
