Wonderbly is launching a new brand focused on humorous book gifting for adults. As Senior Growth Manager (12 Month FTC), this role centers on building a scalable growth engine from the ground up. There is no set playbook here, expect to create, test, and refine strategies across every stage of the marketing funnel.
This position reports to the VP of Marketing and works closely with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer. As the first marketing hire for this venture, direct impact and close collaboration come standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Turn brand and product ideas into actionable growth experiments.
- Run rapid tests across paid media, landing pages, and product positioning.
- Identify the main drivers for customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the Publishing team to validate new product concepts in the market.
- Develop and scale creative strategies and messaging that work.
- Create early performance benchmarks and build marketing playbooks from scratch.
- Feed insights back into product, branding, and creative decision-making.
