As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and on-brand internal and external marketing materials, leading website design initiatives, and evolving our branding strategies. Your expertise will guide exciting campaigns and ensure that all outputs meet the highest quality standards through collaboration with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the work of a Junior Designer as needed.
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings with the marketing team to align on upcoming campaigns.
  • Design and produce engaging promotional materials and artwork.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Develop photography briefs and manage photoshoots.
  • Conceive and execute seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Establish new brand identities for future venues while refreshing existing branding.
  • Manage menu design, printing, and distribution processes.
  • Present final designs to senior management for approval.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and external partners.
  • Commission illustrators and photographers as needed.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of printers, copywriters, stylists, and web developers.
  • Manage the graphics budget efficiently to maximize resources.
