Lead Architecture, Impact, and Content Direction
As a Senior Fullstack Web Developer at Divotion, you will take the initiative in addressing complex web development challenges. You will assist organizations in creating scalable and future-proof front-end solutions, directly influencing architecture, code quality, and team development. Your deep technical expertise will be complemented by strong advisory skills for clients.
Your Role
You will work on strategic web development projects with leading clients, where performance, scalability, and maintainability are crucial. You will seamlessly switch between hands-on development and substantive advice, acting as a peer to developers, product owners, and technical decision-makers.
What Will You Do?
- Design and implement enterprise-grade web architectures
- Develop complex front-end applications using Angular and/or React
- Integrate front-end solutions with enterprise backends (e.g., Java or . NET)
- Work with TypeScript, modern state management, and build solutions
- Utilize cloud platforms, Docker, and DevOps tooling
- Advise on architectural choices, CI/CD, tooling, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor fellow developers
- Collaborate with backend, UX, and DevOps specialists at the architectural level
- Contribute to thought leadership within Divotion (knowledge sessions, blogs, events)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack or Senior Web Developer
- In-depth knowledge of Angular and/or React
- Proven experience with at least one backend language (such as Java or . NET)
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and modern front-end architectures
- Strong vision regarding quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Experience with cloud environments and modern deployment and CI/CD tools
- Excellent communication skills and advisory capabilities
- Fluency in Dutch is required
