Position Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in our AI capabilities within the Growth Squad. You will leverage advanced large language models (LLMs) to address intricate customer and operational challenges, significantly enhancing Allica's value through the development of dynamic AI systems that either reduce manual tasks or revolutionize customer experiences via intelligent automation and proactive service.

Collaborating closely with teams across growth, data, product, and operations, you will scope, design, and implement practical AI applications throughout marketing, onboarding, and customer lifecycle processes, including initiatives involving our CRM, HubSpot, and advertising platforms. You will apply your deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and systems thinking to create scalable, transparent, and impactful solutions.

This role is technically intensive, with tangible business outcomes. You will manage the complete lifecycle of AI solutions, from conception to production deployment and monitoring, playing an instrumental role in scaling Allica through AI. Continuous optimization and performance tuning of models will be your responsibility, along with managing version control and establishing comprehensive evaluation and monitoring systems to guarantee the reliability and security of each solution in a production environment.
