We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to spearhead the design and evolution of large-scale frontend architecture. This role is hands-on and high-impact, concentrating on the development of fast, reliable, and maintainable user-facing systems. The selected candidate will be part of an elite team in a fast-paced environment where high expectations and immediate results are the norm.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and enhance large-scale frontend systems using React and Next.js, ensuring performance and scalability for a vast global audience.
- Performance & Reliability: Own the performance, reliability, and correctness across critical user flows, including rendering optimization, complex state management, and efficient data fetching.
- Pattern Design: Create frontend abstractions and architectural patterns that effectively scale with increasing product complexity.
- Boundary Definition: Collaborate with backend and Solana engineers to define efficient client-server interfaces and data synchronization strategies.
- End-to-End Leadership: Manage complex frontend projects from initial design to implementation, deployment, and iterative improvements.
- Quality & Standards: Uphold high standards for code quality, thorough testing, and operational readiness across the frontend codebase.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to other frontend engineers through design reviews, pairing, and direct technical guidance.
