About the job

Join Skyways in revolutionizing air transportation through the development of fully autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). With strong backing including a significant $37 million STRATFI contract from the U. S. Air Force, we operate at the cutting edge of both commercial and defense sectors. Our team has successfully designed, built, and flown aircraft in collaboration with real customers and government partners. As we transition to the next phase of our journey, we focus on scaling our operations for production.

Located in Austin, TX, and supported by prestigious investors including Y Combinator, Skyways thrives on rapid iteration and real-world deployment. Our design, testing, and operational processes incorporate practical learnings directly into engineering and product decisions. We are seeking innovative builders and leaders eager to take on significant responsibility and technical challenges as we move from successful deployments to full-scale production.
