Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. CPA, CA, CMA, or MBA credentials are highly preferred.6–10 years of experience in FP&A, with a minimum of 3 years in a Group FP&A or corporate finance role within a diversified or multi-entity organization.

Join our dynamic Group FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst in Dubai. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who excels in group-level financial consolidations and can provide high-quality analysis and insights for board-level reporting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial partnership, especially in corporate and head office settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Group-Level Consolidation & Analysis

  • Consolidate financial results across diverse business units and geographies to present a comprehensive and timely Group perspective.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of group-wide financials by analyzing business unit submissions.
  • Identify significant performance drivers, risks, and opportunities at the Group level.

Board & Executive Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
  • Create impactful management dashboards and KPI tracking tools, accompanied by insightful variance analyses.
  • Assist investor relations and the CEO/CFO office with ad-hoc financial insights.

Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for Group consolidated financials.
  • Provide analytical support for head office functions, including HR, IT, Legal, and Corporate Communications.
  • Monitor and report performance against plans, ensuring timely identification of variances and necessary action points.

Business Partnering

  • Serve as a finance partner to Group function heads, aiding in cost management, project analysis, and value creation initiatives.
  • Offer financial insights for cross-functional strategic projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance teams in business units to ensure alignment and enhance forecasting accuracy.

Continuous Improvement & Systems

  • Contribute to the enhancement of FP&A processes, models, and tools across the Group.
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to improve financial systems and reporting platforms.
  • Support the integration and onboarding of new businesses into group FP&A processes, as needed.
