Key Responsibilities:Lead and finalize complex, high-value enterprise Outpost (ALPR) contracts as a quota-bearing Senior Account Executive. Manage comprehensive sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, engaging executive stakeholders to provide impactful customer-centric solutions. Serve as the Axon Outpost product expert, showcasing compelling demonstrations and clearly communicating ROI, operational benefits, and customer value. Develop precise solution scopes, pricing models, and proposals encompassing hardware, software, services, and deployments. Craft and implement strategic account and territory plans that align with Axon’s Enterprise go-to-market strategy. Facilitate partner-driven initiatives with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), systems integrators, and commercial collaborators. Navigate the technical, commercial, and organizational complexities to mitigate risks and accelerate deal closures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually refine best practices and enhance the Outpost experience for enterprise clients. Work alongside Enterprise leadership to shape repeatable operational processes.

Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Outpost, you will spearhead and finalize intricate, high-stakes Outpost initiatives across various enterprise and commercial sectors, including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, and rail systems.

In this quota-bearing position, you will play a pivotal role in Axon’s Enterprise “startup” initiative, shaping the go-to-market strategy, establishing effective sales procedures, and expanding Axon’s Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) presence beyond conventional public safety frameworks.

You will act as the primary deal owner for enterprise Outpost ventures, and a trusted authority on products and solutions, adept at demonstrating how Outpost’s hardware, software, and workflows yield ROI, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver significant mission outcomes on a large scale.
