Job Responsibilities As a Senior Electrical Engineer-Project Manager, you will act as the firm’s representative in all communications with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. You will lead the design of significant projects, prepare comprehensive reports and specifications, and provide high-level technical guidance. Key responsibilities include: Defining design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects Supervising the generation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions Ensuring interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and project consultants Overseeing communication between staff, clients, contractors, and owners Managing construction administrative tasks such as field reports, responses to RFIs, processing bulletins, and addenda Conducting periodic performance evaluations for employees Participating in the business unit Technical Leadership Committee Assisting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and mentorship of staff
