About the Team: 

The Tooling and Factory Automation team operates at the convergence of design, manufacturing, and automation, crafting everything from large structural fixtures to specialized tools that directly support the production of Terran R. As a design group embedded within the manufacturing organization, we thoroughly analyze the needs of our internal partners to identify fundamental issues, propose innovative solutions, and supply hardware that enhances speed, scalability, and efficiency. The team also leads Relativity’s expanding factory automation initiatives, a crucial component in scaling Terran R production at both current and future facilities. You will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, implement solutions, and see them come to life on the factory floor. Ultimately, your role extends beyond tool design or automation processes; you will be instrumental in defining the future of rocket and factory construction.
