Position Overview

As the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will drive the financial engine that propels WebFX through a transformative period. This role is not about maintenance; rather, you will be responsible for constructing the financial framework in several critical domains, mentoring FP&A team members, and producing essential deliverables that will influence how stakeholders assess our business in 2027 and beyond.

You will collaborate closely with the CFO, who brings extensive private equity transaction expertise and is dedicated to your professional development. Your potential for growth in this role is limited only by your performance, not by an organizational hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Infrastructure and Planning

- Take ownership of the rolling 6-quarter financial forecast, which is your immediate and crucial deliverable.
- Develop and sustain the annual budget model, monthly reforecasting, and variance analysis framework.
- Manage the EBITDA add-back tracker and proactively identify all permissible adjustments monthly.
- Construct and maintain models for ARR bridges, MRR roll-forwards, NRR cohort analysis, as well as CAC and LTV that effectively narrate the business story.
- Design and implement a monthly closing narrative that translates financial results into board-ready communications within a 72-hour timeframe.
