We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing to architect and drive the global strategy that connects MinIO with the market. This role entails leading significant events, channel partner initiatives, technology alliance activations, and regional marketing efforts. You will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies in collaboration with Sales, the wider marketing team, and our partner ecosystem to cultivate a robust sales pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Major Events
- Develop and manage the global events roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with executives, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to create impactful keynotes, breakout sessions, and activations that enhance audience acquisition and drive pipeline growth.
- Establish a cohesive global event brand framework that guarantees narrative consistency and production excellence across all owned and sponsored events, including optimizing web experiences to maximize inbound registration and engagement.
- Design immersive experiences that extend beyond the main event, incorporating ancillary programming, networking opportunities, and engagement activities that foster deeper relationships and sustain momentum.
Channel Partner Marketing
- Collaborate with the channel sales team to craft and execute high-impact demand-generation strategies and sales initiatives with key channel partners, particularly in North America.
- Develop and oversee individualized marketing plans for approximately 15 select global channel partners, focusing on target accounts, joint initiatives, quarterly milestones, and shared KPIs.
- Initiate co-marketing activities that bolster deal registrations, such as exclusive partner events, webinars, ABM campaigns, digital initiatives, and co-branded thought leadership efforts.
- Partner with Product Marketing to create co-branded toolkits, sales playbooks, and partner-focused content that effectively communicates MinIO's technical advantages in an easily digestible format.
