About the Role
As the Senior Director of Enterprise Solution Architecture at Innovaccer Analytics, you will act as a strategic partner to our key clients and prospects, facilitating their implementation of the Gravity Platform to advance their digital transformation, data strategy, and AI initiatives. This influential leadership position requires a blend of technical expertise, architectural precision, and compelling storytelling.
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our sales, product, and delivery teams to convert intricate business requirements into innovative, platform-oriented solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in defining enterprise architecture frameworks, promoting widespread platform adoption, and steering the evolution of our offerings.
A Day in the Life
- Engage with CxOs, VPs, and senior architects across health systems, payers, and partners to develop transformative strategies for data and AI platforms using Gravity.
- Deliver high-level architecture presentations, conduct detailed technical explorations, and facilitate co-innovation workshops.
- Lead solution design and validate technical requirements for various use cases, including care coordination, risk stratification, prior authorization, revenue cycle management acceleration, and digital front door solutions.
- Act as a platform advocate—representing Innovaccer at customer briefings, industry conferences, and partner events.
- Guide clients through the build vs. buy analysis, technical roadmapping, and deployment strategies (cloud-native, multi-tenant, hybrid).
- Collaborate with Gravity's product managers and engineers to align product development priorities with market needs and customer insights.
- Oversee technical pre-sales activities for strategic RFPs, proof of concepts, and sandbox deployments.
- Work with subject matter experts in interoperability, clinical informatics, and data governance to design scalable, standards-compliant solutions.
- Support go-to-market activities across providers, payers, and life sciences—from the initial pitch to expansion efforts.
- Mentor Solution Architects within your team, providing opportunities for their professional development.
What You Need
- Strategic Architecture Leadership: 12–18 years of experience in driving enterprise architecture, platform adoption, or technical strategy within complex, multi-stakeholder environments—preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or cloud-native settings.
- Customer-Facing Expertise: Proven executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and provide guidance to C-suite executives, enterprise architects, and domain specialists across health systems, payers, and partners.
- Modern Data Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cloud-native data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layers, and contemporary data engineering methodologies.
- AI/ML Familiarity: Comfort working with AI and machine learning technologies to enhance data-driven solutions.
