We are looking for a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to focus on enhancing Developer Experience and Delivery Performance. This pivotal role aims to optimize engineering workflows from development through testing and deployment, minimizing friction and boosting confidence in our delivery pipeline. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, improve feedback loops, and advance our CI/CD and testing infrastructure for faster, safer software delivery.
Your Responsibilities...
In this role, you will:
- Enhance and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability of automated testing.
- Identify development and delivery workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements that reduce cycle times and enhance test reliability.
- Analyze delivery metrics and developer workflows to prioritize enhancements that boost engineering throughput and delivery reliability.
- Collaborate with developer teams to understand their requirements and workflows.
- Promote best practices in container development, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering.
- Provide guidance on CI/CD usage, trunk-based development, feature flags, and maintaining a continuously releasable main branch.
- Engage with experienced teams, contributing to discussions around technology choices, implementation, and architecture.
