We are in search of a Senior Demand Generation Manager to architect a state-of-the-art demand generation engine that leverages AI, authentic buying signals, and synchronized execution strategies to propel tangible revenue growth.

This position presents a unique opportunity to conceptualize and enhance a modern, AI-enabled demand generation engine throughout the complete buyer journey. You will reimagine our strategies for identifying buying signals, orchestrating campaigns, and converting interest into a robust sales pipeline. Role Overview

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will spearhead the advancement of our demand engine through AI-driven signal detection, coordinated channel execution, and smart automation.

  • Create a demand engine that identifies, prioritizes, and converts authentic buying signals
  • Integrate paid media, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) into a cohesive revenue generation system
  • Transition from manual optimizations to automated processes that yield compounding results over time
  • Introduce innovative workflows to significantly enhance operational efficiency

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to drive new customer acquisition and expansion pipeline growth that directly contributes to revenue acceleration.

Your Responsibilities

  1. AI-Driven Demand Architecture
  • Design and scale an AI-driven demand generation engine that captures intent signals from multiple channels
  • Develop workflows that prioritize accounts and leads based on genuine buying behaviors
  • Integrate first-party data, paid engagement insights, and sales feedback into a cohesive targeting strategy
  • Implement automation that enhances performance with each campaign cycle

  1. Unified Revenue System (Paid, Lifecycle, and ABM)
  • Revolutionize paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ABM into a synchronized system
  • Coordinate campaigns based on the buying stage and signal strength
