Position Overview
As we prioritize scalable and efficient demand generation within our strategy, the demand for expertise in AI and automation is paramount. We are looking for a strategic leader to bridge the gap between Demand Generation, Sales, and Marketing/Revenue Operations teams. Your role will be pivotal in developing, managing, and optimizing the systems and processes that drive our inbound and demand generation initiatives. The perfect candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Mission
In this role, you will oversee our functional architecture and spearhead the evolution toward an AI-augmented outbound engine. You will not only manage systems but also act as a change agent, establishing operational standards that enhance our marketing effectiveness. Your immediate goal will be to create a scalable, autonomous solution that manages the entire inbound nurture cycle while identifying high-intent accounts for our Business Development Representatives (BDR) and automating outreach. Moreover, you will drive the strategic roadmap for workflow automation, encouraging stakeholder engagement with modern outreach techniques. As the system evolves, you will also identify broader operational efficiencies across our Demand Generation technology stack and marketing operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- AI & Automation Roadmap: Lead the design and implementation of an AI-driven outbound engine and automate the complete inbound nurture cycle.
- System Management: Manage and enhance the systems that support our demand generation efforts.
- Stakeholder Influence: Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders to adopt innovative outreach methodologies.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously identify and implement improvements across our demand generation technology stack.
