Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GSEC or others are advantageous.12 to 18 years of experience in IT/Security Services Delivery. Strong expertise in Application/Offensive Security services delivery.

The Senior Delivery Manager will take charge of comprehensive delivery execution for global Offensive Security engagements, operating within a shared service and subscription model. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily delivery of services to our esteemed customers, ensuring predictable outcomes, high customer satisfaction, optimal capacity utilization, and continuous operational enhancement. The Delivery Manager collaborates closely with both internal and external stakeholders to foster long-term customer relationships, guide employees, and act as a liaison between customers, Customer Success Managers, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily delivery of Offensive Security testing services for subscription, annuity, and specialized clients.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain quality standards for consistent delivery.
Address demand fluctuations, plan and manage delivery capacity, and ensure timely resource allocation within a shared services framework.
Optimize resource distribution across various teams and skill sets.
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks stemming from demand changes, employee leaves, or upstream delays.
Collaborate with Engagement Owners and Customer Success teams to align delivery priorities effectively.
Provide transparent delivery visibility and regular status updates to stakeholders.
Assist in customer escalations with data-driven root cause analysis and corrective measures.
Drive consistency in test execution, report quality, and turnaround times.
Minimize unnecessary rework through enhanced intake readiness, validation, and delivery discipline.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, tooling, and automation to enhance throughput and predictability.
Analyze delivery KPIs to formulate improvement plans based on throughput, cycle time, effort, schedule overruns, and delivery costs.
Recruit and retain talent, providing leadership and mentorship to technical leads and senior consultants.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
Success Metrics:
Adherence to Service Level Objectives and delivery predictability, customer satisfaction and retention, effective utilization without burnout, consistent quality improvement, reduction in rework and delivery volatility, and positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
