Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. Are you eager to engage with machine learning pipelines and large datasets from the outset? Do you have extensive experience with advanced NLP technologies (e.g., transformers, BERT, few-shot learning, fine-tuning) and information retrieval methods (e.g., vector-based semantic search, reranking, hybrid search)? Your Contributions
Recommender Systems: Develop our product to deliver high-quality recommendations to job seekers (serving as a career GPS) and employers (functioning as a talent radar).
Taxonomies: Leverage data and AI to track and interpret the evolving landscape of skills, occupations, and careers in a dynamic labor market.
Agentic AI Solutions: Design and assess new AI-driven features for job seekers, employers, and case workers.
Data Science Strategy: Act as a strategic advisor and expert on roadmap decisions, appraising significant advancements in the field, and ensuring the application of state-of-the-art techniques.
Mentorship/Leadership: Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
