Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to deeply integrate with Harvey’s rapidly expanding Go-To-Market (GTM) team and establish our GTM data science capabilities from the ground up. In this role, you will serve as a vital analytical partner to GTM, Marketing, and Finance — defining success metrics, uncovering growth and retention drivers, and guiding strategic investments across the business. As one of the initial hires in GTM data science, you will take ownership of developing essential GTM metrics, scalable dashboards, and analytical frameworks that foster data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the GTM team as a trusted advisor, discovering innovative methods to enhance business performance and spur growth.
Establish, monitor, and refine core metrics across GTM and related functions, creating scalable dashboards and reporting structures that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Design, implement, and assess statistical models (Logistic Regression, K-Means Clustering) to analyze customer behavior and retention efficacy.
Utilize statistical and machine learning approaches to model user behavior, predict trends, and identify avenues for growth and optimization.
Translate intricate analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
