About the Team
As a Senior Data Scientist in our AdTech division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying high-quality machine learning models aimed at maximizing marketing ROI. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing our intelligent marketing optimization systems, overseeing the entire ML lifecycle from data preprocessing and feature engineering to large-scale deployment and performance monitoring. By translating intricate marketing challenges into robust production systems, you will ensure our AI capabilities yield measurable business impact and improved efficiency on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and refine advanced machine learning models across primary adtech domains to optimize marketing performance and facilitate efficient marketing workflows.
- Design and implement ML models for Media Optimization, contributing to their integration into high-impact production environments.
- Enhance Creative Automation initiatives by developing predictive AI models that assist our global production studios.
- Create and implement ML models for Value Optimization to intelligently identify high-value customers.
- Contribute to the team's ML operations (MLOps) practices, focusing on experiment tracking, system observability, and model reliability in production.
- Rapidly prototype innovative machine learning solutions, including Gen AI-forward methodologies, and integrate them within our orchestrated multi-agent systems to enable complex autonomous workflows.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to identify high-impact programmatic automation opportunities and execute rigorous A/B testing and experimentation designs in challenging environments.
