Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, design, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, document, and enhance the electrical state of telecommunications networks. Design and assess electrical power systems that support mission-critical infrastructure. Ensure operations of resilient, high-availability infrastructure in secure environments. Engage in Agile execution and technical planning discussions. Diagnose issues related to power systems and operational faults. Effectively communicate technical recommendations and engineering decisions to stakeholders. Build and sustain customer trust through technical excellence and disciplined execution. Utilize creativity and engineering acumen to deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions. Qualifications for Success:Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Possess DoD 8140 certification aligned with the 451 System Administrator work role when cyber-coded, such as Security+ as a baseline, with SSCP or CISSP for senior practitioners. If not cyber-coded, certification may be noted as not applicable. Over 8 years of experience in evaluating, researching, designing, and analyzing complex electrical power systems that support IT power services. Proven expertise in leading and executing electrical power engineering initiatives across planning, design, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluation.
