THE ROLE:
The Senior Data Analyst will be crucial in delivering insightful and actionable analyses that meet our clients' objectives within set timelines. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of customer data to provide tailored solutions and recommendations, fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring they trust our analyses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses for clients, establishing project objectives and scopes while delivering detailed customer insights and key recommendations.
  • Identify and propose actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
  • Respond to urgent queries using data to guide business decisions.
  • Conduct peer reviews of colleagues' work before client delivery.
  • Present methodologies and results at client meetings.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Independently and collaboratively develop accurate scopes of work for client projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating the analytics that drive decisions.
