About the Role
As a leader in building data pipelines for the modern data stack, Fivetran Support collaborates with customer teams globally to deliver an exceptional support experience. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and a customer-first approach.
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer with robust technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers. In this role, you will engage with both new and existing customers on complex technical issues, manage escalations professionally, and work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences. By taking a holistic and collaborative approach, you will serve as a technical champion for customers within Fivetran, advocating for their needs while enhancing product quality and operational excellence.
This is a full-time position based in our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model allows for a balance of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, requiring two days in the office each week.
