This Senior Customer Support Associate position is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role centers on delivering outstanding service to customers as Pleo grows its operations. Candidates with a strong background in customer support and an interest in fintech products will find this role rewarding.
What you will do
- Communicate with customers through chat, email, and phone to ensure a positive experience with Pleo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Work closely with other teams to share customer insights that can help shape product development.
- Document key learnings and contribute to the knowledge base to support team-wide growth and information sharing.
Requirements
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and either Danish or German.
- Experience providing attentive support via live chat, email, and phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills, persistence, and an analytical mindset when facing challenges.
