Qualifications

Establish comprehensive relationships with healthcare clients, ranging from front-line staff to senior executives, effectively communicating the CLEAR value proposition, earning trust, and meeting program deliverables. Continuously enhance the utilization of CLEAR within the customer base, extending existing and introducing new customer experiences. Collaborate with customer leadership on everything from use case value proposition and design, to contracting, implementation, and ongoing operational and financial success. Act as a liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams, including business development, project management, product, and technology, to ensure the success of customer experiences. Oversee customer operational success by managing project plans and organizing all phases of project lifecycles for successful delivery and continuous engagement. Proactively understand customer needs, their businesses, and how success is defined, ensuring we exceed expectations in service delivery and develop valuable solutions. Utilize knowledge of project management best practices effectively across large, complex projects. Conduct research and analysis in partnership with the Healthcare team to define customer experiences that enhance the Healthcare business.
