The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will serve as the technical foundation of post-sales success. Your role will involve ensuring our enterprise clients derive maximum value from our platform by constructing scalable systems, addressing technical challenges, managing custom data pipelines, engaging in complex attribution discussions, and developing tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of our Implementation and Customer Success teams.
