ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to deliver effortless technical experiences. Serve as a technical authority on Luminance’s platform, assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers by showcasing integration benefits and our seamless solutions. Comprehend unique use cases and integration needs, providing customers with the best solutions for swift success while identifying opportunities for improvement. Get actively involved in building integrations for our clientele, ensuring smooth workflows across business platforms/applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Slack. Act as the primary point of contact for addressing integration challenges and issues. Develop reusable toolkits, APIs, SDKs, and enablement resources to improve the developer experience and expedite integration processes. Create and maintain detailed customer-facing API documentation and other technical resources, such as Reference Architectures, to effectively support developers.

You will engage directly with our platform and Workflow engine, deploying solutions that streamline legal workflows throughout a customer's technology ecosystem.

A Senior Customer Solutions Engineer will develop extensive expertise in our AI platform and its effective integration with diverse customer systems. You will work closely with both potential and current clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless integration. In collaboration with Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Customer Success Managers, you will play a pivotal role in transforming prospects into satisfied, long-term clients.
