As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, you will have the distinct opportunity to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, enhancing the technical capabilities of our customers and helping them realize the full potential of Luminance's offerings. Your mission will be to deliver an unparalleled technical experience for our Enterprise clients, facilitating faster and more efficient integrations with our platform.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of customer-centric skills and a solution-oriented approach, guiding clients on how to optimally leverage our solutions for their success.
You will engage directly with our platform and Workflow engine, deploying solutions that streamline legal workflows throughout a customer's technology ecosystem.
A Senior Customer Solutions Engineer will develop extensive expertise in our AI platform and its effective integration with diverse customer systems. You will work closely with both potential and current clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless integration. In collaboration with Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Customer Success Managers, you will play a pivotal role in transforming prospects into satisfied, long-term clients.
