NextDecade Corporation is dedicated to delivering reliable, lower-carbon energy solutions globally. ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Senior Contracts Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Contracts and play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end strategic sourcing and management of complex, high-value commercial contracts. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing sourcing events, facilitating competitive bidding processes, negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and managing post-award administration. You will ensure that all activities are in alignment with company governance, risk management frameworks, and business objectives. This role demands a collaborative approach as you work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve optimal commercial outcomes, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and support continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing and contracting processes. The position requires strategic insight, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
