Role overview
The Senior Content Marketing Manager will join a growing marketing team, reporting to the Head of Content. This position blends strategy with hands-on work, focusing on building and scaling Highlightta’s content programs. The manager will guide content direction, produce high-quality materials, and develop systems and partnerships to support long-term success.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management to identify and select customer stories that showcase Highlightta’s impact.
- Interview customers and maintain relationships, both virtually and in person.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and industry events.
- Create case studies, testimonials, and narratives based on customer experiences, demonstrating the platform’s value.
- Repurpose customer stories for various formats, including blog posts, webinar highlights, and sales collateral.
- Track the effectiveness of different stories and formats, using data to inform future content planning.
- Lead the strategy and execution of Highlightta’s webinar program, managing logistics and participant experience.
- Develop engagement strategies, source speakers, and select topics relevant to Highlightta’s audience.
