Your Role
We seek a seasoned and proactive Connectivity Partner Business Manager to elevate our Partner Business Management in the Americas (both North and South America). This is a full-time position based in our New York office; candidates must currently reside in New York or be willing to relocate, for which we provide relocation assistance. You will report to our Senior Team Lead for Business Operations & Strategy - Connectivity, and your responsibilities will include:
- Developing Partner Connectivity strategies for the Americas by defining and implementing our Connectivity roadmap.
- Supporting the Americas Sales teams on technical and business-related Connectivity matters, including meetings with key suppliers and partners.
- Acting as the representative for Connectivity in your markets and fostering sustainable relationships with Connectivity partners.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our Connectivity partners across the Americas, defining programs and initiatives for mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Generating new API integration leads and collaboratively developing Go-To-Market strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Creating insightful reports on the status and progress of Connectivity initiatives in the Americas and communicating key challenges and insights to various internal stakeholders.
