About the role:
YLD has experienced significant growth, and we are eager to welcome a new Client Partner to our team.
This full-time position involves supporting several clients, collaborating with key stakeholders, and learning from our experienced consultants in the Agile domain. A background in Engineering, Product Design, Delivery, or similar fields is advantageous, but we value diverse experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients and consultants, ensuring that our engagements are smooth and productive. Under the guidance of our senior leadership, you will gain valuable insights into our business direction and strategy.
This role emphasizes Agile team leadership, facilitation, and delivery support, focusing on fostering healthy, high-performing teams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage client engagements throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with Commercial Teams during initial commitments, identifying opportunities, and working with consultant teams to meet client expectations;
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and establish trust with key stakeholders to advocate for the best interests of the client;
- Conduct regular account assessments (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and serve as an escalation point when necessary;
- Oversee and manage profitability and performance across engagements, aligning with our internal financial targets.
