About the Role

We are in search of a talented Business Intelligence Engineer with a robust understanding of back-end data processing technologies, coupled with the ability to craft innovative data visualizations that facilitate self-service actionable analytics products. This position is pivotal in the design and development of our cloud-based Data Intelligence and Analytics services.

Your Area of Focus

  • Lead and Innovate: Spearhead the design and development of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly BI solutions across the organization, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives.
  • Advanced Data Modeling: Develop and refine data models, data flows, and processes to support high-quality reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence solutions.
  • AI-Enhanced Insights: Integrate and develop AI-driven modeling, including semantic layers, AI “cortex” frameworks, predictive analytics, and automated feature generation within BI architectures to improve data accessibility, accelerate insight discovery, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
  • Platform Optimization: Maintain the performance and scalability of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake by optimizing datasets and providing actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and to clearly define reporting and analytics needs.
  • Complex Reporting & Dashboarding: Design, implement, and optimize intricate reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for various business functions.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with data engineers and application developers to integrate and fine-tune BI solutions.
