Educational/Experience Requirements:The minimum qualifications for this position include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three years of analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL. Required License/Certifications:Certification in Epic Billing data model or EpicCare data model to be obtained within six months of hire. Luminis Health is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the analytics team in Annapolis, MD. This role supports healthcare providers by delivering insights that improve patient outcomes and contribute to a financially sustainable healthcare system. The analyst will work with patient population data, helping turn analysis into actionable interventions.

What You Will Do

  • Produce clear, accessible data analyses that help teams quickly understand key information.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support users in making the most of analytics tools. Guide users to ensure successful adoption and create a positive experience for analytics consumers.
  • Work closely with users, vendors, and leadership to define project timelines and scopes, building consensus and ensuring projects deliver on goals.
  • Build reports and analytical tools using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, QlikView, Business Objects, and the Microsoft BI Stack. Gain a deep understanding of the business operations behind analytics requests.
  • Document work thoroughly and help shape standards that support maintainable analytics solutions.
  • Apply Agile principles to daily work.
