About the Role:
This key position presents a remarkable opportunity for a high-caliber individual contributor to make a significant impact on our European expansion and contribute directly to our ambitious revenue objectives.
Reporting directly to the VP of EU Business Development, you will take full ownership of your sales pipeline, with a clear target of achieving £1.5M in annual advertising revenue. We seek an ambitious and results-oriented professional with a proven sales record among senior decision-makers in the UK retail e-commerce sector.
In addition to individual achievements, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients and maximize revenue and profit opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Territory Management: Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for your territory, identifying key growth opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
- High-Value Prospecting & Acquisition: Actively engage with key decision-makers in leading UK retail e-commerce brands, agencies, and partners through various outreach methods, including cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Consultative Sales & Solutioning: Gain a deep understanding of client needs and challenges, positioning Connexity's diverse solutions to ensure their success.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners to optimize revenue potential.
- Market Intelligence & Product Development: Serve as a critical link between the market and internal teams, providing valuable feedback, competitive insights, and suggestions for product enhancement and strategic direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, seller support, product, and operations teams to ensure efficient execution.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Connexity at important industry events and conferences.
