Your role and responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst is a critical link between raw data and executive strategy, utilizing advanced data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques to deliver strategic insights for our Pro Capacity & Marketplace teams. This role emphasizes understanding the dynamics of a two-sided marketplace, focusing on data-driven recommendations that ensure optimal matches between professionals and homeowners, aiming to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with product, strategy, and operations teams to analyze professional behavior and network performance. As a Senior Analyst, your focus will be to provide data-backed recommendations that address not only “what happened?” but also “what will happen?” and “what actions should we take?” to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Strategic Partnerships & Scope: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Strategy, and Operations. Cultivate enduring relationships to comprehend their analytical needs, synchronize project timelines, and ensure that data-driven decision-making is central to all initiatives.
- Marketplace Dynamics & Modeling: Analyze shifts in marketplace conditions, providing actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
