About What You’ll Work On:Clinical Excellence Responsibilities:Conduct initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Manage a dual-tier client caseload while consistently meeting a weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours. Provide clinical consultation and mentorship to less experienced BCBAs. Oversee clinical processes at your designated site. Assist in performance evaluations in partnership with the Site Operations Manager or Site Director.

Role overview

The Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Englewood and focuses on guiding and mentoring new BCBAs at MeBe Learning Centers. Senior BCBAs support colleagues by coaching, reviewing clinical programming, and refining assessment documentation. This position plays a key part in building the skills and confidence of emerging BCBAs while maintaining high standards of clinical care. Fostering a supportive and engaging environment for both staff and children is central to the work.
