Your Responsibilities
Our team focuses on optimizing existing business processes and testing new business ideas, akin to a startup, with the aim of successfully integrating these into the core business.
Through a high degree of structure, close collaboration across departments, and the application of analytical approaches, we significantly contribute to achieving our corporate goals.
Independently analyze, model, and optimize the operational value chain in heat pump construction (e.g., planning, scheduling, installation, acceptance) focusing on scalability and efficiency enhancement.
Develop robust, data-driven decision frameworks for central management issues such as make-or-buy decisions, capacity planning, site and team scaling, as well as cost and productivity structures.
Take end-to-end responsibility for strategically relevant process improvements and redesigns – from problem definition and hypothesis development to piloting and operational implementation with sustainable integration.
Lead and implement strategic tech and tooling initiatives (e.g., workforce management systems, construction tracking, quality management, CRM and ticketing workflows) in close cooperation with product and tech teams.
Independently manage cross-functional projects with stakeholders from operations, technology, product, IT, and finance, working directly with the leadership team.
Establish and continuously develop KPI structures, reporting systems, and operational control mechanisms to enhance transparency and performance.
