Operational Support: Optimize commission tracking and forecasting through dependable, automated reporting. Prospect Intelligence & QualificationTargeting: Identify and analyze high-quality prospects that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Strategic Preparation: Develop prospect briefs and referral maps to aid Regional Directors (RDs) during outreach. Gatekeeping: Manage ICP scoring and tiering to ensure team resources are allocated to high-conversion opportunities. Engagement & Retention AnalyticsBehavioral Insights: Monitor member interactions (events, deals, introductions) to create engagement scores and assess retention correlations. Churn Prevention: Proactively identify declining engagement signals and prepare data-driven insights for renewal strategy discussions.

  • Identifying the ideal prospective members.

  • Understanding the conversion process from prospects to members.

  • Analyzing member engagement with the network.

  • Determining which engagement signals correlate with membership renewals.
