QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or progression toward CPA is a plus. A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or a client-service environment. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CCH, Excel) and knowledgeable about GAAP. Self-motivated with the capability to manage daily activities effectively. Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working collaboratively with clients and team members. A strong desire to grow, lead, and contribute meaningfully.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations for a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries.
  • Manage daily financial activities including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries, with a focus on enhancing financial clarity.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements that adhere to GAAP and meet client expectations.
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to gather essential financial data, resolve discrepancies, and improve financial reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with tax professionals and accountants in the preparation of tax return packages.
  • Research and apply US GAAP standards for financial statement reporting and disclosures.
