Join our innovative team at Reddy Architecture & Urbanism as a Senior Architectural Technologist in our Limerick Office. This position is perfect for professionals who possess extensive technical skills and a dedication to exceptional design detailing. You will spearhead the detailed design and construction phases of various projects, ensuring they meet all relevant Building and Statutory Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily execution of assigned projects in collaboration with the Project Lead.
Draft and manage statutory submissions, tender documentation, comprehensive drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages.
Engage in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialists to foster effective communication.
Work alongside engineers and design professionals to ensure projects are developed cohesively.
Uphold strict quality control across all project stages.
Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical inquiries as they arise.
Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their professional growth.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
7–10 years of relevant experience with a track record of delivering medium- to large-scale residential projects in Ireland.
In-depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical applications.
Meticulous attention to detail in both design and construction phases.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Revit and other design software.
Proactive and solution-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
