Responsibilities
• Serve as an Industry Subject Matter Expert, steering discussions on solutions tailored to client needs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor during their Azure-driven technology transformation and Data & AI initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise to customers, both onsite and remotely, throughout the sales process.
• Support the sales team with insights and strategies to secure engagements pertaining to Data & AI and Azure solutions.
• Collaborate with sales executives to strategize and close significant opportunities, enhancing revenue and client satisfaction.
• Develop reference architectures and documentation to ensure secure, scalable, and profitable service delivery.
• Create valuable and reusable enablement content that improves team effectiveness.
• Pursue continuous professional development focused on personal excellence and team growth through training, reading, and mentorship.
• Work across departments to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Engage in mentorship and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of innovation and advancement.
• Contribute to the conception and development of solutions that align with business strategies and cross-practice opportunities.
• Lead the development of accelerators, intellectual property, and innovative solutions that enhance our service offerings.
