As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Seeq, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, guiding them through complex process challenges and maximizing their investment in our software. You will collaborate directly with end users to architect scalable and impactful analytics solutions that enhance user engagement, adoption, and deliver measurable business results.

In your role as a vital customer-facing team member, you will engage in:
Customer Technical Adoption
- Establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor by fostering relationships with customer champions and end-users through effective solution design, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship.
- Utilize your customer relationships to conduct ongoing discovery and identify valuable use case opportunities that align with the customer's core business workflows and objectives.
- Partner with the customer and account teams to devise and implement strategic plans for the adoption of Seeq and the achievement of key use cases that address specific business goals.
- Guide customer champions and end-users in the operationalization of use cases, ensuring a high return on investment. Occasionally, you may need to provide hands-on assistance to expedite the implementation of high-value use cases.
- Enhance the skills of Seeq’s partner ecosystem to serve as an extension of the Analytics Engineering team, providing support on a global scale and in local languages.
Product Expertise
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Seeq platform, including the implementation and troubleshooting of solutions, alongside integrations with other systems.
- Identify gaps in Seeq's capabilities to better meet customer needs and provide feedback to the product organization to inform the product roadmap.
- Evaluate and position Seeq’s advantages relative to competitive offerings in the market or within the customer's ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the product team to design, implement, and test new functionalities that align with customer requirements.
Industry Expertise
- Establish trust with customers through the application of industry-specific knowledge and awareness, including trends and use cases pertinent to their field.
