RequirementsExperience Required:A strong background in Interest Rate Derivatives, FX, and Precious Metals Options is essential. A degree in accounting, finance, management, or business administration is preferred; however, higher qualifications will be considered if aligned with the role's requirements. Minimum of 3 years experience in OTC Derivative Operations is preferred, with experience in Outgoing (Drafting) and Incoming (Indexing/Matching/Affirmations/Chasing) processes being a distinct advantage. Skills:Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in drafting business correspondence and reports. Strong conversational and telephone communication skills. A quick learner with the ability to effectively share knowledge.

Delta Capita seeks a Senior Analyst for its Cross-Asset Confirmation Service in Bengaluru. This position leads a team handling outgoing confirmation drafting and manages the indexing, matching, affirmations, and follow-up of incoming confirmations for OTC derivatives, including Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit, and FX Options. The Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring confirmations are retrieved and sent on schedule to meet EMIR and DFA regulatory standards.

This role maintains Group standards and best practice guidelines while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory obligations.

Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global teams to meet regulatory deadlines for confirmation retrieval and dispatch.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with client teams to improve operational efficiency and promote best practices.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with client business partners.
  • Participate in industry and market initiatives when required.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and assist with user testing activities.
  • Review and challenge current processes, suggesting improvements to enhance customer service and operational effectiveness.
  • Continuously reassess operational risks, considering changes in the economic environment, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Join working groups and collect feedback from end users to inform platform and design decisions.
  • Ensure all internal control standards are upheld, including timely resolution of audit points from both internal and external reviews.
