Join our dynamic regional commercial team as a Senior Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering growth with our existing partners. You will proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your partner portfolio, effectively manage churn risks, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
This role is primarily based in our Singapore office, and you will collaborate closely with the Global Account Management and Customer Success teams located around the globe. You will also work alongside various functions within the Wise Platform and the broader Wise organization, including product management, engineering, compliance & legal, delivery, and business development teams.
Your Mission:
Collaborate closely with Wise Platform teams and partners to identify, pursue, and close a robust pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue and volume growth for Wise.
Develop and actively manage detailed account plans for key accounts, articulating growth strategies while mitigating attrition risks.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their strategic goals, defining priorities, and clarifying their decision-making processes. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and become the subject matter expert for your partners.
Utilize a data-driven approach to influence decision-making among both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements, identifying challenges and leveraging support from various functions.
Represent the voice of the partner to influence Wise Platform product roadmaps and develop strong partner testimonials.
Engage in regional or global projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our account management capabilities.
