In this role, you will report to a Senior Director and manage a portfolio of prestigious global clients across various workstreams. With the backing of the senior team, you will:
- Lead integrated PR programs across multiple channels.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while providing strategic counsel and innovative communication plans backed by audience insights and data.
- Oversee UK and multi-market activations that include media relations, crisis communications, executive profiling, social media and influencer campaigns, content development, and event support.
- Drive new business initiatives and foster organic growth through pitches, networking, and cross-practice collaborations.
- Manage client budgets and project delivery, ensuring high service standards and measurable impact.
- Inspire and mentor junior team members, cultivating an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Contribute to thought leadership and represent the agency at high-profile events.
