Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a committed SOC Analyst to join our vibrant security team. This analyst will play a pivotal role in monitoring, identifying, and addressing security incidents across our corporate infrastructure, SaaS platforms, data centers, and customer services. This position entails close collaboration with our MSSP partners to uphold a strong security framework while also engaging with our Product, R&D, IT teams, and various data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Monitoring: Proactively monitor security alerts and events across various platforms, including Office 365 and corporate SaaS applications.
- Incident Detection and Response: Recognize potential security incidents, perform initial triage, and coordinate with internal teams and MSSPs for an effective response.
- Threat Analysis: Evaluate security threats and vulnerabilities to gauge their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with MSSP partners and internal stakeholders to enhance detection capabilities and refine incident response processes.
- Documentation: Keep thorough records of security incidents, detailing analysis, response actions, and lessons learned.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in the development and enhancement of SOC processes, playbooks, and procedures to boost operational efficiency.
